Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — when you subscribe to updates. Stored with a timestamp; no IP, user-agent, or geolocation.
• Product usage — when you sign into the Precipiq dashboard (separate from this marketing site), we log the decisions you ingest, the queries you run, and the audit events those generate. Covered in the dashboard product privacy notice.
• Anonymous analytics — PostHog logs anonymous page views on the marketing site (precipiq.com) so we can tell which posts land. We do not identify visitors here.

What we do with it

• We send updates about product launches, compliance research, and new integrations. One email a week at most, often less.
• We analyze aggregate traffic patterns to decide which posts to write next and which landing pages to tune.
• We never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.

GDPR / CCPA rights

You may at any time:

• Unsubscribe — every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Processing stops immediately.
• Request deletion — email privacy@precipiq.com; we remove your address from our lists within 30 days per GDPR Article 17.
• Request export — same address; we send you what we have on file in JSON within 30 days per Article 15.

Data residency

Marketing emails are stored on Resend (US-East-1). The Precipiq product itself runs on Supabase (US-East-1 by default; EU + UK residency available on Enterprise).
